For all who do not like to go outside to grill
the gingerbread grill
Create your checklist – what is missing, what needs to be bought!
- 150 grams of butter
- 350 grams sugar
- 350 grams honey (liquid)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Gingerbread spice for (four packets for every 250 grams of flour will do ;)
- 950 grams of flour
- Potty for
- 950 grams of flour (wll 1 kilo will do)
- Two eggs (color does not matter!)
DECORATING AND UNIVERSAL CEMENT
- 3-4 lemons
- 500 grams of powdered sugar
Everything you can think of! Our test team had difficulties with the scale conversion – so the burgers on the grill are a bit small, but the vegetable pies from Marshmallows and Schokosticks fit quite well
Baking paper, blender and an oven as well as work surface, pots … ..
Heat sugar, honey and butter in a large saucepan over a low heat until a uniform mass has formed and the sugar has dissolved.
While the mass cools in a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa and spices. When the mass from the pot has cooled (no longer hot), stir the two eggs with a snow bean.
Potty dissolve in a little water (3 tbsp) or equivalent amount of Kirschlikör.
Then add in a pre-final step this potato, the honey-butter sugar mass into the bowl with the flour mixture.
Then stir everything vigorously.
The resulting consistent mass covered (wrapped in freshly wrapped foil) in a cool room (refrigerator also will do it)
Preheating oven – 180 degree convection, 190 electric stove, gas by experience.
Remove the dough from the foil;) and roll out to a thickness of 9 to 10 mm on a flour-dusted surface.
Cut the molds (PDF) and place them on the baking paper / baking sheet.
Can still rest 5-10 minutes.
Put the plates in the oven for about 15 minutes. The gingerbread platters can still be slightly soft – but should already have a certain browning.
When the parts have cooled down, you can put the two plates together with a slot. In the warm state, the gingerbread is still easy to work with a sharp knife – best waves.
For the sugar or the adhesive, squeeze out the lemons and, in portions, dissolve the powdered sugar with a thick liquid.
Fill it in a icing bag and draw the grill grate, glue the parts, attach decoration.
