You will need three to four pointed peppers, cream cheese, 3 medium brown mushrooms, a chili pepper, chia seeds, a clove of garlic, salt, and pepper.
Peel off the end of the peppers after washing and gently pry the seeds so that the peel is not damaged. The small mushrooms, chili pepper, garlic and spices are mixed with the cream cheese. Carefully pour the stuffing into the pods with a small spoon, but do not fill it all the way to the top so that no cheese leaks into the embers.
Rauf it on the grill, per side about 3-4 minutes (depending on the coal used) the skin of the pod should not turn black.
