For the small hunger between – today a T-Bone steak! Grilled fennel served as a side dish. Tip: Spread the charcoal unevenly – one half of the combustion chamber more – the other less filled. Clean fennel, halve, cut out the stalk. Start  it grilling on the hot spot. Then soft-grilled on the slightly cooler half. Steak now on the hot spot.

Then fennel with salt and some olive oil. Steak with salt and pepper.
